time out!

the sky is the most beautiful blue I think I've ever seen!...the sun is so bright...can't even look at it!!!...wind is crisp yet exuberating....awesome....(walks in building)..walls are dull and uninviting!...hall is quiet and dreary!.....oops...almost got run over...must be late for her meeting...there she goes again!....(walks back outside!);))..this is how my day started....and after I finally brought myself to the point where I could go back in and stay....it all went downhill....but only for a few hours...and then it picked back up....my point...sometimes you have to step away and recognize what's good...find something to make you smile...then proceed...otherwise, you carry that negative vibe around with you...and that can affect everything else you do...at least I had a moment where I basked in the sunshine...at least for a minute...DID YOU???;)) PEACE!
